Pebble Mine Information

The proposed Pebble Mine project has the potential to dramatically impact Bristol Bay's salmon fishery and the surrounding region. In December 2008, the BBRSDA issued a policy statement opposing Pebble, "until it can be proven that the value of the fishery will not be diminished by the proposed development." That policy statement and other relevant materials are available for download at the bottom of this page.
