This last Friday, Bristol Bay Sockeye was featured at the Cooking For Solutions Gala at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Tataki Sushi & Sake Bar in San Francisco prepared Bristol Bay Salmon appetizers for over 2,800 guests at the Gala. Their dish was called “Canape for Bristol Bay” and was inspired by the flavors of summer in Alaska… ingredients included: toasted lotus root, house-cured sockeye salmon, creme fraiche, blueberry reduction, fresh chives, and caviar.
